Shipping & Delivery

• Fabric Samples: 7–10 working days
• Beds, Footstools, Storage Boxes, Mattresses: 6–8 weeks
• Beds with Mirrors: 10–12 weeks
• TV Beds: 12–16 weeks

Custom Orders

If you’ve requested any custom changes to your order, our team will call you to confirm the details before production starts. Your delivery countdown only begins once everything has been fully confirmed.

Delivery Service

We offer a professional two-person delivery service across most of UK mainland (a small number of postcodes are excluded — check yours using our postcode checker). Choose from the following:

1. Delivery Only (£79) — We’ll bring your item to the room of your choice.
2. Delivery and Assembly (£149) — We’ll deliver, build, and clear away all packaging for a completely hassle-free setup.

Deliveries are only carried out to ground, first, or second floor unless lift access is available.

Our team will get in touch by SMS or phone to arrange a delivery date, then again the day before to confirm your time window (please note, deliveries can start as early as 6am).

Important Delivery Notes

• If you choose not to have assembly included, please check your items for damage before signing the delivery note. We’re unable to take responsibility for problems reported once the team has left.
• Any issues should be noted on the delivery form and reported within 48 hours through our Fix It Form.
• Missed delivery appointments may incur an additional charge.
• Rearranging a delivery requires at least 10 working days’ notice. Changes made with less notice will incur a £79 re-delivery fee plus an £80 holding fee.

Adverse Weather & Traffic Delays

We always aim to deliver on schedule, but bad weather or heavy traffic can sometimes cause delays. If this happens, we’ll keep you updated and reschedule your delivery as soon as possible.
