Every bed is handmade, so slight variations are normal. Please allow at least 1 inch of tolerance on all measurements listed below.

If you have specific sizing needs, let us know at checkout — a 1-inch tolerance will still apply to custom sizing too.

The measurements below are for the bed frame, taken at its widest and longest points — headboard width and total length (headboard plus footboard combined). All our beds are designed to fit UK-standard mattresses.

Before you order, please make sure the bed will fit your space and can be carried through doorways, staircases, and any tight corners.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Timeframes

• Fabric Samples: 7–10 working days
• Beds, Footstools, Storage Boxes, Mattresses: 6–8 weeks
• Beds with mirrors: 10–12 weeks
• TV Beds: 12–16 weeks

Custom Orders

If your order includes any custom changes, we’ll call to confirm all the details with you before production starts. Your delivery timeline only begins once everything has been fully confirmed.

Our Delivery Service

We offer a professional two-person delivery service across most of the UK mainland (a small number of postcodes are excluded — check yours using our postcode checker). Choose from:

1. Delivery Only (£79) – We’ll bring your item to the room of your choice.
2. Delivery and Assembly (£149) – We’ll deliver, assemble your item, and take away all the packaging, so there’s nothing left for you to do.

Please note we can only deliver to the ground, first, or second floor unless lift access is available.

Ahead of your delivery, our team will contact you by SMS or phone to arrange a date, then again the day before to confirm your estimated delivery window (deliveries begin from 6am).

Important Delivery Notes

• If you choose not to have assembly, please check your items for any damage before signing the delivery note. We can’t take responsibility for issues reported after our team has left.
• Any issues should be noted on the delivery form and reported within 48 hours through our Fix It Form.
• Missed delivery appointments may result in additional charges.
• Rearranging a delivery requires at least 10 working days’ notice. Anything less will incur a £79 re-delivery fee plus an £80 holding fee.

Weather & Traffic Delays

We always aim to deliver on schedule, but bad weather or heavy traffic can sometimes cause delays. If this happens, we’ll keep you updated and reschedule your delivery as soon as possible.
