How Delivery Works

1. Manufacturing on your order starts within 24 hours of payment being received.
2. Once ready, your bed is passed to our QA team for thorough quality checks.
3. Once it passes QA, your delivery date is confirmed.
4. Our delivery team will call 24–48 hours before your delivery date to confirm details.
5. On delivery day, your driver will call at least 30 minutes ahead to make sure you’re home.
