Every piece is handcrafted, so small variations are normal. Please allow a tolerance of at least 1 inch on all measurements listed below.

If you need a specific size, let us know at checkout — though a 1-inch tolerance will still apply even to custom requests.

The measurements below refer to the bed frame at its widest and longest points — headboard width and total length (headboard plus footboard included). Every bed we make is built to fit UK-standard mattress sizes.

Shipping & Delivery

• Fabric Samples: 7–10 working days
• Beds, Footstools, Storage Boxes, Mattresses: 6–8 weeks
• Beds with mirrors: 10–12 weeks
• TV Beds: 12–16 weeks

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and can vary depending on your location.

Custom Orders:
If your order includes any custom changes, we’ll call you to confirm all the details before production starts. Your delivery timeline will only begin once everything has been fully confirmed with you.

Our Delivery Service:
We offer a professional two-person delivery service across most of the UK mainland (a few postcodes are excluded — check ours using our postcode checker). You can choose from:

1. Delivery Only (£79) – We’ll bring your item to the room of your choice.
2. Delivery and Assembly (£149) – We’ll deliver, assemble your item, and take all packaging away with us, so there’s nothing left for you to do.

Please note we can only deliver to the ground, first, or second floor unless lift access is available.

Ahead of delivery, our team will reach out by SMS or phone to arrange a date, then again the day before to confirm your estimated time slot (deliveries begin from 6am onwards).

A Few Important Notes:

• If you choose not to have assembly included, please check your items for any damage before signing the delivery note. We’re unable to take responsibility for issues raised after our team has left.
• Any problems should be recorded on the delivery form and reported within 48 hours through our Fix It Form.
• Missed delivery slots may result in additional charges.
• Rearranging delivery requires at least 10 working days’ notice. Anything less than that will incur a £79 re-delivery fee plus an £80 holding fee.

Weather & Traffic Delays:
We always aim to deliver on schedule, but bad weather or heavy traffic can sometimes cause short delays. If this happens, we’ll keep you updated and reschedule your delivery as soon as we can.
