The Amare Bed is manufactured in the UK, made to order in our in house Yorkshire based factory. Nothing about it comes off a shelf. Every frame is built after you order it, by our own upholstery team.

The quality and workmanship on the Amare Bed is finished to a high standard. The frame is dressed in a plush, deep pile fabric and padded with high quality foam, giving it a soft, upholstered edge rather than a flat, boxy look. Small variations in the fabric pile are normal on a handmade piece like this, not a fault.

A Note on Safety Standards

Bed bases and frames sold in the UK fall under British Standard BS 7177, the specification covering resistance to ignition for mattresses, mattress pads, divans and bed bases. Any upholstered filling used in the Amare Bed frame is required to meet the same fire safety requirements as the rest of the furniture. We build every frame with this in mind, so this is backed by the same standard the rest of the UK furniture trade is held to.

Assembly Instructions

The Amare Bed frame arrives flat packed in 4 to 5 boxes. Assembly takes most people 20 to 30 minutes with two people and a screwdriver.

1. Unpack all sections and lay them out so you can see every part before starting.
2. Attach the side rails to the headboard.
3. Attach the side rails to the footboard.
4. Tighten every bolt fully. A loose frame is the most common cause of creaking.
5. Fit the slats across the rails, evenly spaced, before adding your mattress.

Delivery and Returns

Delivery is to ground floor only.

Please leave a valid contact number and email address at checkout. The courier uses these to arrange your delivery slot, and delays are almost always caused by a missing or wrong contact number.

Not happy with the item? Email us within 7 days of delivery and tell us what is wrong. If the item arrived damaged, photos of the damage help us sort a replacement or refund faster.
