If 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

The item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition as received
It must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Please do not send items directly to the manufacturer.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
To request an exchange:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is approved If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Original delivery charges are non-refundable
If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount
