Delivery Service

Beds are delivered through a third-party courier service. Opulence Dream works to provide a simple and smooth delivery experience from dispatch to arrival.

Shipping Times

As some beds may be made to order, additional production time may be required before dispatch. The usual production and delivery timeframe is between 1 and 10 days.

Ground Floor Delivery

Delivery is made to the ground-floor main entrance or the nearest accessible entrance. Drivers are not required to take beds upstairs, into lifts, or beyond the ground-floor level.

Please ensure there is suitable access to your property. For multi-story buildings, delivery will be made to the ground floor only.

Delivery to Multi-Story Buildings

For apartments and homes with more than one floor, the order will be delivered to the ground-floor entrance. Moving the bed to another floor or room is the customer’s responsibility.

Measuring for Delivery

Before delivery, measure your doorways, hallways, staircases, and other entry points. This helps ensure the bed and its packaging can pass through the available spaces.

Packaging and Unboxing

Your bed will be securely packaged to help protect it during transit. Standard delivery does not include packaging removal, unpacking, or assembly.

If you select an assembly option, it will be arranged separately. Assembly services are not available in the following postcode areas: BT, PL, AB, PA, TR, TQ, EX, and SA. Customers in these areas may ask the delivery driver about possible assistance for an additional charge.

Shipping Costs

Free delivery is available for eligible orders within mainland Great Britain, including Scotland. Deliveries to Scotland may take longer than the estimated timeframe.

Delivery is currently unavailable to the following postcode areas: GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, and ZE.

Measure the width from one side of the bed frame to the other and the length from the headboard to the foot of the bed. If needed, also measure the height from the floor to the top of the headboard.

Consider Mattress Thickness

Mattress thickness should be considered when selecting a bed. A common mattress thickness is between 8 and 12 inches, which is approximately 20 to 30 cm.

Consider the Headboard

If your bed has a tall headboard, measure its full height from the floor to make sure it suits your available room space.

Check Doorways and Stairs

Before delivery, measure your doorways, hallways, and staircases. This helps you make sure there is enough room to move the bed through the property.

Leave Enough Space Around the Bed

Make sure there is sufficient space around the bed for comfortable movement. A clearance of around 24 to 36 inches, or 60 to 90 cm, around the sides of the bed can provide easier access.
