Delivery Service

Beds are delivered through a third-party courier service. Opulence Dream aims to make the delivery process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Shipping Times

As beds may be made to order, extra time may be needed for production before dispatch. The usual production and delivery timeframe is between 1 and 10 days.

Ground Floor Delivery

Beds are delivered to the ground-floor main entrance or the nearest accessible door. Delivery drivers do not take items upstairs, into lifts, or beyond the ground-floor level.

Please make sure your property has suitable access for delivery. If you live in a multi-story building, your order will be delivered to the ground floor only.

Delivery to Multi-Story Buildings

For apartments and properties with multiple floors, delivery is made to the ground-floor entrance. Moving the bed to another floor or room is the customer’s responsibility.

Measuring for Delivery

Before delivery, measure your doorways, hallways, staircases, and other access points. This helps ensure that the bed and its packaging can fit through the available spaces.

Packaging and Unboxing

Your bed is securely packaged to help protect it during delivery. Standard delivery does not include packaging removal, unpacking, or assembly.

If an assembly option has been selected, it will be arranged separately. Assembly services are not available in the following postcode areas: BT, PL, AB, PA, TR, TQ, EX, and SA. Customers in these locations may ask the delivery driver about possible assistance for an additional charge.

Shipping Costs

Free delivery is available for eligible orders within mainland Great Britain, including Scotland. Delivery to Scotland may take longer than the estimated timeframe.

Delivery is currently unavailable to the following postcode areas: GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, and ZE.

Free delivery may also be offered in selected locations during special promotions. Please check whether your address is eligible.

International Shipping

For delivery outside the UK, please contact Opulence Dream before placing your order. Shipping costs will be calculated according to your delivery location.

Measure the Bed Frame

Measure the width from one side of the bed frame to the other. Measure the length from the headboard to the foot of the bed. Where needed, measure the height from the floor to the top of the headboard.

Consider Mattress Thickness

Mattress thickness should also be considered when choosing your bed. A typical mattress is between 8 and 12 inches thick, which is approximately 20 to 30 cm.

Check the Headboard and Storage Height

If the bed has a tall headboard, measure its height from the floor. If you choose a storage option, also consider the height of the storage section or footboard.

Check Doorways and Stairs

Measure doorways, hallways, and staircases before delivery to make sure there is enough space to move the bed through your property.

Leave Space Around the Bed

Make sure there is enough room around the bed for comfortable movement. A clearance of approximately 24 to 36 inches, or 60 to 90 cm, on each side can provide suitable access.
