Delivery Service

Orders are delivered through a third-party courier service. Opulence Dream aims to provide a smooth and reliable delivery process so you know what to expect when your bed is on its way.

Shipping Times

As beds may be made to order, some additional production time may be required before dispatch. The typical production and delivery timeframe is 1 to 10 days.

Ground Floor Delivery

All beds are delivered to the ground-floor main entrance or the nearest accessible entrance to the property. Delivery drivers are not required to carry products upstairs, into lifts, or beyond the ground floor.

Please make sure there is suitable access to the delivery point. For properties with multiple floors, the bed will be delivered to the ground-floor level only.

Multi-Story Buildings

For flats, apartments, or multi-story homes, delivery is made to the ground-floor entrance. Moving the bed to another floor or to a specific room inside the property is the customer’s responsibility.

Measuring Before Delivery

Before placing your order, measure your doorways, hallways, staircases, and other access points. This helps you check that the bed and its packaging can pass through the available spaces without difficulty.

Packaging and Unboxing

Your bed will be securely packaged to help protect it during transport. Standard delivery does not include the removal of packaging, unpacking, or assembly.

If an assembly option is selected, it will be arranged separately. Assembly services are not available in the following postcode areas: BT, PL, AB, PA, TR, TQ, EX, and SA. Customers in these locations may ask the delivery driver about possible assistance for an additional charge.

Shipping Costs

Free delivery is available for eligible orders within mainland Great Britain, including Scotland. Deliveries to Scotland may sometimes take longer than the estimated timeframe.

At present, delivery is not available to the following postcode areas: GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, and ZE.

Some special offers may provide free delivery to selected locations. Please check whether your address qualifies before placing your order.

International Shipping

For delivery outside the UK, please contact Opulence Dream before placing your order. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the delivery location.

How to Check Your Bed Size

Measure Your Room Space

Before choosing a bed size, measure the area where you plan to place the bed. This helps you check whether the bed will fit comfortably and leaves enough space for other furniture, doors, and movement around the room.

Choose the Right Bed Size

Measure the Bed Frame

When checking the size of your bed, measure the width from one side of the bed frame to the other. Measure the length from the headboard to the foot of the bed.

If required, also measure the height from the floor to the top of the headboard.

Consider Mattress Thickness

Mattresses are available in different thicknesses, so make sure your chosen mattress is suitable for the bed frame. A typical mattress thickness is between 8 and 12 inches, or approximately 20 to 30 cm.

Consider the Headboard and Storage Height

If your bed has a tall headboard, measure its full height from the floor. If you select a storage option, also consider the height of the footboard or storage section.

Check Doorways and Stairs

Before delivery, measure doorways, hallways, and staircases to make sure the bed can be moved through them. If access is limited, the bed may need to be moved in separate parts where applicable.

Leave Enough Space Around the Bed

A bed should fit comfortably within the room while leaving enough space to move around it. A clearance of approximately 24 to 36 inches, or 60 to 90 cm, around the sides of the bed can help provide comfortable access.
