About These Terms

The information on this site, including these terms, may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use our site after any changes are made means you agree to the updated terms. Where a change significantly affects your order, we’ll always confirm it with you directly before proceeding.

When you place an order with us, you agree to receive order-related emails, along with occasional news and offers from Opulence Dream. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send.

All design, text, images, and graphics on this site belong to Opulence Dream. Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content from this site without our written permission is not permitted.

Orders

Once we accept your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email confirming a contract between us under these Terms & Conditions. If we’re ever unable to fulfil part or all of an order due to stock availability, we’ll notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund for the affected item.

Errors

We do our best to keep product information, pricing, and availability accurate at all times. If an error is identified after you’ve placed an order, we’ll notify you right away and give you the option to cancel, with a full refund if payment hasn’t yet been processed.

Delivery

We offer free delivery on all UK mainland orders over £500. Orders below this threshold may carry a delivery charge, shown at checkout before you complete your order.

While we work with trusted couriers, Opulence Dream has no control over delays caused by adverse weather or traffic conditions. If you have specific delivery requirements, let us know at the time of ordering so we can do our best to accommodate them.

Discount Codes

Discount codes are limited to one per customer, per order, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to withdraw any offer or discount code at any time.
