Every order is prepared especially for you, but we understand plans can change. That’s why we offer a 24-hour cooling-off period during which you can cancel your order without any cancellation fees. This period starts from when you placed your order.
Returns
Every order placed with us matters. We want our customers to feel fully supported throughout their entire experience with Opulence Dream.
You have 24 hours from the time of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be returned in its original packaging. If you open the packaging and find the item damaged or faulty, please get in touch with our team — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. If the packaging has been opened and the item is in good, undamaged condition, we’re unable to accept the return.
Cancellation
- Should you change your mind about your purchase, you have a 24-hour cooling-off period in which you can cancel your order. We’ll need written communication (email or WhatsApp) from you within this time period to process the cancellation. The period starts from the date of ordering.
- Once the 24-hour cooling-off period has been exceeded, we’re unable to accept cancellations or returns for change of mind.
How to Cancel During the Cooling-Off Period
Should you change your mind within the 24-hour cooling-off period, simply write to us or message us to confirm your decision to cancel. Please note, once the cooling-off period has passed, we’re unable to cancel your order or accept a return.
What If My Item Is Faulty?
Please check your item on delivery to make sure there are no faults. A quick way to check is to look for any tears or dents in the packaging. If you discover a fault, take a photo and send it to us within 24 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a suitable resolution for you.
What If My Bed Doesn’t Fit?
Every bed is made to your chosen specifications, so it’s your responsibility to carefully check the measurements before placing your order. We recommend double-checking your room dimensions and doorway access ahead of delivery.
Fabric Samples
All photographs of beds featured on our website are taken in a studio environment, and lighting can vary. To avoid disappointment, we recommend ordering fabric samples before placing your order to ensure you’re happy with the fabric and colour.
Refund
Refunds are processed using the same method used for payment. Please note this can take up to 7 business days.
