To request a price match, please email sales@opulencedream.com with full details of our product and the product you would like to price match against. This should include;

• the URL of the page displaying the actual cheaper product
• your order details if you have already made your purchase

As soon as we have this, our team can check all the details and process your price match.

In order to qualify for our price match guarantee:

• Your price match guarantee request must come from a recognised, reputable, legally trading UK internet retailer (market places including but not limited to Amazon and eBay are not included in this offer)

• We must be able to verify that it is the exact same product and in brand-new condition

• The item is currently in stock to purchase at that price
